Bienvenidas, are we ready for El Salvador? ✨ 🇸🇻
Our first Self-Care for Latinas retreat in El Salvador sold out so quickly that we are opening new dates from November 10–15, 2026, so more of our community can join this special experience.
This Self-Care for Latinas retreat is in collaboration with Raquel Reichard, author of Self-Care for Latinas.
After the incredible energy of our retreats in Guatemala and Peru, we’re thrilled to bring the Self-Care for Latinas Retreat series to El Salvador. This celebration invites you to reconnect, recharge, and experience self-care in a bold, vibrant, and deeply meaningful way while surrounded by culture, community, and joy.
Self-Care for Latinas is an empowering guide that encourages Latinas to prioritize their well-being while navigating daily challenges. With more than one hundred exercises, the book offers practical tools to support mental health, manage stress, advocate for oneself, and address burnout while embracing joy and self-worth.
Written by Raquel Reichard, the book uplifts the experiences of Latina and Caribbean women and creates space for conversations around healing, empowerment, and community.
This experience is created for women who are curious, open-hearted, and ready to travel with intention.
We are deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion as a lived practice. Women of all races, cultures, sexual orientations, religions, and identities are welcome here. We believe travel should feel safe, affirming, and expansive for everyone.
This is an inclusive, community-first space, held with care and mutual respect. We ask all travelers to arrive with openness, consideration, and respect for others, and our world.
